What's covered

Any product purchased from nocturise.com, used as directed, within 30 nights of delivery.

What to do

1. Email help@nocturise.com with your order number, a one-line note on what didn't work, and a photo of the product.2. We email you a prepaid return label (US, UK, AU, EU; international varies).3. Ship it back any time in the next 14 days.4. We refund the full purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

What we ask

Use the product nightly for at least 7 nights before claiming. Chronic pain doesn't reverse in one night — give it a real chance.

What's not covered

- Damage from misuse (e.g. ripping the cover, using as a foot rest)- Returns initiated after 30 nights- Lost-in-transit returns (we cover the shipping; the carrier covers loss)
