We ship from a partner warehouse. Order processing takes 1-2 business days; transit depends on your country.

United States, United Kingdom, Australia

Express tracked shipping is free on orders over $40. Below $40, $8 flat rate. Typical transit time: 5-10 business days door-to-door.

European Union

Free over $50. Below $50, $12 flat rate. Typical transit time: 8-14 business days. Duties and import VAT are pre-paid by us on most orders; if your country charges additional fees at delivery we'll reimburse on request.

Rest of world

Calculated at checkout. Tracked shipping wherever available. Typical transit time: 10-21 business days.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link within 48 hours of dispatch. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, email help@nocturise.com and we'll chase the carrier.

Lost in transit

If a tracked parcel is confirmed lost (no scan in 30 days), we ship a replacement at our cost.

Address errors

We ship to the address you give us at checkout. If you spot an error, email help@nocturise.com immediately — we can usually intercept in the first 24 hours.
